I have had sclerosis for a long time, surgeon wants to operate on me but I won't do. My mom went through 12 hours of surgery and it took her a year to recover and is still in pain. I've been told that I have to stay in PT, if I won't do surgery. I like my PT and it does help with the pain. He massages my lower back for 30 minutes. Once a week.

did you ever get PT? Physical Therapy). Help me a little. But Sadly my situation was a little more complicated. But I feel your pain. I was thinking like that before. I have Sclerosis, lumbar stenosis, and L2 -S1 herniated disks. plus other issues. Then I went to a specialist who after doing some tests. he advised me the only thing was Surgery. I'm much better right now, after the surgery my pain minimized seriously. I'm not saying that you need surgery. Just try to talk to your doctor and ask what options you have. Hope you got some relief. Let me know. Ok?
