Last night, I couldn't sleep. I was dreading this morning because I thought for sure today was going to be rough and completely awful.. but it actually hasn't been too bad. My concern though is that every Sunday before I go back to work on Monday, I am always anxious and I don't sleep very well either because I have to force myself to go to bed or because when I do try to go to bed on time I lay awake worrying about the next day. I've found that sometimes music helps, but I'd rather not rely on technology to help me sleep and medication isn't an option. Does anyone have any advice?
