      I had a laparoscopy for stage II endo in 2021 and my pain levels can be pretty bad sometimes... My uterus and ovaries throb in pain. You are not alone ❤️

      I just had a terrible pain flare yesterday and the day before and thank god, it has passed. I just kept repeating to myself, this will pass, it won’t last forever. I think that helps at least to not activate my anxiety as much. Do everything you can to ease the pain and then just trust that time will take care of it. ❤️
