Dealing with Endo Pain Flare and Fertility Issues

In the middle of a terrible endo pain flare right now 😣 Just started my period and my pain levels are excruciating as ever. I had trouble sleeping last night because of it. I’m using my Ovira, heating pad, and pain meds. And to add to the fun, I’m constipated and the pain makes it feel impossible to have a bowel movement. I’m quite sure I have bowel endo. Ugh. I know it won’t last forever…it will eventually pass once I get past this first part of my cycle. But I’ve come off the pill to try to conceive and I’m questioning if I need to go back on the pill, have surgery to figure out what’s going on and handle this pain, THEN try to conceive. I’m 35 so I know I don’t have tons of time. But I can’t possibly imagine, even if I was able to get pregnant soon, living with this pain and having a child to take care of. Anyone been in anything like my situation? Please help! Thank you! 🫶
