Hi, one thing that I do that seems to help is turn on the AC or go somewhere cold and get under the covers. Feeling cold seems to help a lot with reminding me things are real. Another thing is distract yourself; watch TV, a movie, YouTube videos, it's not a long term solution but it'll help with some of the anxiety. Also touching something that is alive, if you have a pet or a person you're close to, feeling that they are real can really anchor you.

I don’t know how much this will help but try the 5 senses trick then keep your eyes closed (that personally helps me). Find 5 things you can see, 4 things you can touch, 3 things you can hear, 2 things you can smell, and 1 thing you can taste.
it will get better one day i’m sorry
remind yourself that you ARE REAL, fidget with something close, get under some blankets and drink something warm, focus on the warmth of it. it will remind you how real you are cause u can feel
@sages thank you
@leelee72 ofc course feel free to private message me if needed, you aren’t alone in this
