I really have an unhealthy relationship with food. I use to be 360 lbs, then I got a job that had me on my feet a lot, I started a diet, and I started working out doing a walk at home cardio series on youtube 5 days a week. I lost down to 250 lbs in 8 months. my wife talked me into breaking my diet for Christmas in 2019 and I gained back up to 280 lbs. I started trying to get back on track and for the last 7 months I've been bouncing between 272 and 278. this past 2 months I've managed to get back down to 263.8 though, I'm so happy about it but it's gotten really unhealthy and if I have 1 off day and it goes to 265 I get so discouraged, sad, and depressed.
