I'm currently 23F. I let myself go last year, 2023, but it started in probably the end of 2022. In 2023, I stepped on the scale, and it said 280lbs... I'm 5'7" or 67". I used to weigh 200 lbs in HS, and after I had my son, I lost a bunch of weight and was down to 150 lbs. I want to get back to at least 160 lbs. I know I'm getting older, but I shouldn't be in my early 20s living like I'm in my 40s with body aches from being fat. I lost 70lbs from the end of June od 2023. I got down to I gained some back due to holiday eating g and got up to 230lbs. I'm back down now to 220ish lbs. My main goal is to get under 200 lbs as soon as I can. intermediate fast caloric deficit working out cardio, weights I have started taking phetermine and top to try to lose more. What else can I do? I know losing 70lbs in about 5 months how I did wasn't easy and was quick, but honestly, it was because I ate so bad that eating better helped drop weight easy.
