I’ve been overweight most of my life other than when I was 11-12. At that time I was eating very little every day. I stopped that behavior for quite a while but it always seems that no matter what I do I’m being unhealthy. I always eat too little or too much and even when I eat well or just enough I’m still fat. Recently I’ve been eating a lot less and exercising much more. I didn’t like working out at first but it’s grown on me.
