My highest weight was 385 and I was so depressed that I didn't even realize I had gotten to that bit big of a size but I never felt like I wasn't good enough I have the attitude of somebody doesn't like it they can bite me. Take it 1 lb at a time which sometimes means one minute at a time then one 5-minute section at a time 15 20 25 slow you know that slow and steady thing that really is the only way to do this if you ever want to talk just shoot me a note God bless

When I got to my heaviest I felt very angry at the life I had had because a lot of my weight gain was due to circumstances I couldn't control. At age 18 I was asked if I was pregnant because I was always heavy set and it took me a long time to take that first step on my weight loss journey. I'm not to my goal yet but I love the progress I have made. I heard a quote changes a process not an event and that has stuck with me. Would it be okay if I DM you and we can encourage each other.
