I have my moments. 🤣🤣🤣 And I'm introverted so it's really not so good when I'm in public. I haven't been to a family function in decades because I don't like being wherever I am. Doesn't matter where, I don't want to be there. Wherever I go I just want to eat and go home. My family doesn't understand it so they just left me in the dust. What else are they supposed to do, they're not the one with the problem. So, I haven't really seen my family in a very long time. Some of them I wouldn't recognize, never even seen their kids. Sometimes a mood will just fall on me out of nowhere when I'm home, and it sucks the most. I can be having a great week, productive and upbeat! I go to sleep excited for the next day. But when I wake up the next morning, and nothing has happened, I feel like nothing is worth it. The inside of me is like what's going on, what happened?? The outside is lethargic and doesn't care that I have a wet load of laundry in the washer that will be there for the next 2 weeks, will have to be washed again, and may be left there for another week. 😩😩😩😩 I hate when the funks come for no reason out of nowhere. And it usually happens when I'm doing good and feeling proud of myself and my accomplishments. It's like life says, "o you thought you was happy bisch??? I'm not through with you yet, get over here!!!" Then starts squeezing me out like E. Honda or something..... I definitely know that feeling. 😞

Definitely happens to me, less often now that I'm at the (almost) correct dosage of levothyroxine and a great dose of Lamotrigine. It's rough though

I have GAD too. Those moments happen most when I'm off my meds or when my hormones are high (hormonal birth control, pregnancy, etc)

Yep, it just builds and builds, every little thing becomes overwhelming until the big explosion 😫🤦🏻‍♀️

practically everyday 😭 sometimes I wonder if my mind loves to be irritated cause that’s the emotion it tends to pick constantly 😡 and once I’m irritated, I’m done for the day. we have clocked out 💀
