      Bipolar fucking SUCKS!!!! during a recent meltdown I felt so trapped in my body, and no control over what I did. I feel like I quite LITERALLY have to knock myself off out for everyone's sake, I'm scared of myself when I'm angry lol

        @SkylerRose I have a similar experience when I have my anger meltdowns. I act like a little kid having a temper tantrum and it's almost completely outside my control. I feel your pain.
