      My anxiety tends to give me stomach pain, chest pain as well as breathing and heart rate issues. Muscle pain isn’t unheard of either! Think of it this way, if you spend the entire day coiled up like a spring, and you try to sleep coiled up like a spring, when your body finally relaxes it will feel abnormal and sore. Try developing a new sleeping routine or perhaps limiting movement. Work on taking deep breaths and being present in the moment to relieve the tension in your shoulders arms neck and back. 🤗 Hugs!!       I wake up every morning having this I just put on comfort tv and eat saltiness crackers cause my stomach is all messed up in the morning and then I just breath and get my mind off it by watching heart warming comfort tv

      Yes I have a lot of pain in my left shoulder blade and neck as well as pain in my arms and legs. I’m guessing it’s anxiety related but I’m not sure. I’m terrified to go to the doctors because I’m afraid of the worst possible prognosis. I also have breathing issues and heart palpitations daily.

        @Momma6 i feel the same way i go to doctors all the time , alldoctors tell me its anxiety , its horrible i tell them.. test and blood work all comes back good , but why do i feel like this?

      I recently went medication free with the exception of my stimulant for ADHD because I was sick of dealing with all the side effects and having no relief ..so no med is better than the latter however I do notice increased chest tightness some days that radiates up into my neck

      I get the shoulder and neck pain. They feel heavy, also the part I hate is feeling gittery. My heart rate goes fast as well. Breathing exercise and walking works for me.
