Anxiety Attack Symptoms: Chest Pain and Shaking

Lately I've been occasionally getting them where my chest feels tight.

My full body feels like its going to just stop working when I have an anxiety attack, what makes it worse is I have severe health anxiety so once that happens I spiral into a panic attack and just have to lie there and embrace it until it goes away. I found that distraction is the key 🗝️ just find your distraction and try and just go with the flow, accept it if that makes sense

Yes I shake uncontrollably, stutter, and hyperventilate

I never had chest pain with mine but when it hits I start to shake, cannot sit still and I start to stutter

It's like so bad I feel like ima have a heart attack 😭
