Chest tightness, dizziness, clenched jaw, nausea, tunnel vision, disassociation, shakiness, intestine spasms and diarrhea (also have IBS), breathlessness, racing heart, numb hands/feet. During my worst panic attacks these all happen. With normal anxiety it's usually less intense and no tunnel vision or disassociation.
Good luck to you! Anxiety blows 😔
Varied, getting more severe up to and including grand Mal seizures. If this is a question for you please seek out the earliest treatment options you feel comfortable with, anxiety compounds and grows so quickly.
Shaky arms and legs are the worst symptoms I have but I sweat, get a lump in my throat and literally can't speak without sobbing when I'm really anxious
during acute anxiety I can physically feel the adrenaline being squeezed out of my adrenaline glands and rushing through my spinal fluid. if it's something that's triggered my PTSD then I usually just dissociate for a while and don't remember anything lol
Short breath, tense muscles, heart squeezes, nausea, adrenaline(in a flight not flight situatuon), my fingers shake and I get lightheaded, and I sweat alot
nausea, vomiting, tingly hands feet and face, dizziness, lightheaded, weird feeling in chest, heart palpitations, chest pain, diarrhea, shortness of breath, the list goes on 😫
mines mostly chest related symptoms. my heart starts racing, i get palpitations, and my chest feels like i just did an intensive workout. if it’s really bad i’ll get all of the above plus being hot, sweaty, pumped with adrenaline, extremely weak, dissociation, feeling like i’m going to faint, and feeling of impending doom.
Racing heart, tremors, nausea, feelings of dissociation, heavy chest, panic, nervous habits (cracking knuckles, scratching head, biting nails), inability to catch my breath, jaw clenching resulting in headaches, diarrhea, loss of appetite, extreme fatigue, irritability, muscle tension, perseverating thoughts, restlessness, inability to focus, etc… 😥
Heart rate increases, tightness in my chest, jitters and fidgeting, being lightheaded or feeling faint, nausea, indigestion, hyperventilation, fatigue, sensitivity to stimuli like sound and light, headaches. Lots of fun stuff
