Dealing with Chronic Shoulder Pain

@Johnj I used to have such bad anxiety my whole body would go numb and I’d feel like I was getting hit in the head with a baseball bat. And like ants biting me all over feeling. Went to neurologists and no results. …kinda extreme but now that I’m not so anxious it’s way better and almost all gone! Xanax or gabaoentin didn’t help. Maybe allow yourself some time to accept that it may go away on its own. If you suspect it could be a version of what I went through it can totally get better! 😊 Anxiety triggered pain I guess. 🤷‍♀️
