Anybody here with PTSD from being adopted? I deal with RAD and BPD, was in a Russian orphanage for 8 months and wasn’t held. So I got a lot of attachment issues.

I was not adopted but have a good friend who had a childhood illness and wasn’t held for a number of months. That’s very rough on the nervous system. I feel for you.

I was in the foster care system for a year before I was adopted when I was 7-8
