Yes it happens to me all the time, usually when I'm in socializing or around people for to long and that's when I know I need to take a break and be by myself for a little while

Yes it happens to me all the time!! That's usually when the obsessive thoughts pop up for me, I'm also pretty introverted so socializing wears me down.

all the time, sometimes when i smoke. i recommend some music, lofi, it's designed to have a slow beat, which'll slow your heart rate when anxiety hits. works every time.
