      The anxiety gets so bad I start thinking of all the homeless people and wonder if this is what happened to them, the anxiety led them to ending up homeless and I think of the people in mental institutions and wonder is this how it all starts and I panic thinking what if I end up losing like that, so I made a Dr appointment, I don't know how it well go, I tried before but just feel judged and never followed up.

      Mine will get that way at times, like a pot boiling higher and higher till it starts bubbling over. It happens more often in a crowd, I don't handle crowds well.

      Mine too some times it takes me to go have a little space to myself and read a good book or watch nature in my back yard
