It feels like everyone else with DID/OSDD knows their mind better than I do. I just recently (within the past few years) split and I really have no idea how to relate with other people with this disorder. It's so frustrating to see other systems who seem to have it all figured out and I don't even have a name for myself. It's so hard to explain when you split off and are left to host and it feels like everyone else goes pretty much radio silent.
I totally understand! Recently we had a mass split because of some new trauma we went through over the holidays and now I have no idea who's who anymore. Most of the previous hosts left and the new ones have no clue what's going on. I understand 100% and it makes me feel so much better that someone else can relate as well! Best wishes to you guys and I hope everything gets sorted out soon!
