How/when do you usually bring up your health struggles with a romantic interest? Whether met online or through social links.

I tell right up front cuz I have a laundry list of illnesses and it’s a lot for me to handle. I don’t want to start having feelings and then scare them away by disclosing later

Every other relationship before my current one, I didn't tell them until later in the relationship for fear of rejection. I feel like it may have caused resentment towards me because they felt they didn't sign up to deal with my health problems. When I met my current s/o I told him right after he asked me to go out with him, because I wanted him to ask me again after he had considered all my issues. And he did! And he is the sweetest man I've ever met. Lay all your cards on the table, so they can love all of you 🙂 or if they don't, let them leave your life so you have room for the person who would gladly take care of you.

I'm a lay all the cards on the table up front kinda person..- I'm like "listen I'm about 50 shades of messed up..so take it or leave it."

One at a time when it's brought up in conversation like how are you feeling. That's my best advice. I try not to tell everyone everything at once unless they are generally curious and they actually care, which some people do ask.

@bouncyroo11 I like this approach! That's a good idea and I think that's the route I'll go. Thank you! ❤️

When you feel comfortable enough to do so. Depending on what it is.
