Dealing with Breakup Anxiety and Sadness

A few years ago I was still in love with my ex when he got a girlfriend. I new I had to move on though and two years ago I started dating my boyfriend. I’m still friends with my ex. I know it’s hard but you will get through it too.

Sorta, but it was a roommate situation (and long time friends). One of the two's dad died so they moved into his home during eol-hospice. And then ended up moving back in with my parents as im jobless and couldn't keep up with the rent for apartment with my new roomies. Other issues that bring similar feels dealing with a parent and their online friendship with this other person.

Just remember that you're not faking it. Anxiety tummy is a physical response your body has and is more than just mental Eat something like crackers or bread to help settle it, sips of ice cold water can help. Take big deep breaths Be extra nice to yourself right now. It will get better but it'll take time. It's hard and that's ok, remember and tell yourself you can do hard things, you have done hard things, and you can do this. ❤️ Much love
