How do u adjust after a really bad break up when your struggling with anxiety? I just got out an almost 3 year relationship and tbh it hurts sb, especially since I keep overthinking everything and my brain keeps going back and forth trying to figure out if I did smth wrong or if my partner wasn’t even trying to empathize with me,, Tbh it kinda feels like im living a nightmare that i cant wake up from, and im starting to feel hopeless and exhausted😢 Ik break ups are hard and its not gonna be easy, but i feel like i lost the best part of my life and my anxiety is wat ruined it,,

nothing is ever lost! when an animal dies in a forest, the nutrients help plants grow and flourish. life is just a ton of cycles, it’s always wanting to move forward and push you forward. if someone isn’t with you for the next cycle of your life, trust that it was for the best! breakups are awful, especially for a three year relationship. i can’t even imagine, but i empathize. it’s so easy to lose hope, but things will shift if you put your faith, even if it feels like blind faith, in where life is taking you next. you got this!
