I'm coming out of the worst ocd episode I've had in 30 years. It's truly amazing how bad ocd/ anxiety can make us feel, especially when our meds are messed up. I think I'm out the other side. I'm exhausted and feel wounded, but I'm out of the dark. If any of you are in the dark times, no matter how bad, somehow, it gets better.
