Had really bad health OCD a few months ago. Thought I was past it but I'm starting to Google every little symptom again and I'm stressing about illnesses I don't even have. it's tiring :(( any tips from someone who goes through this as well?? Getting told to "stop looking up your symptoms" doesn't help at all :/

      I used to throw myself into panic attacks when my side would hurt and I would freak out thinking that I'm going to die. Whenever this gets bad for me I usually get an appointment with my doctor to do a check up so that I know for sure without a doubt I am okay and healthy. Sometimes repeating that in my head also helps.
