I’m feeling very overwhelmed, defeated, and alone. Anyone have advice for pushing through times like this? I’m really struggling.

      If you need anyone to talk to my dms are always open! It’s hard to push through when you already feel you’ve reached the end - but it’s not the end! Do you have any current special interests? Or maybe old ones you can fall back on? Distraction is very helpful for me, I find it useful to fill my mind with other things so I’m not dwelling on the negative. Joining communities online may help you feel less alone if you’re comfortable doing so! If people aren’t really your thing though there’s ton of stuff you can do to keep you motivated! You can plan an imaginary future, or explore a new hobby, or even (though it’s cliche) try journaling? I hope things start to clear up for you soon :)

        @Philjax I second this!! I love love making new playlists whenever I am really struggling because it lets me explore something I love, introduces me to knew things, and keeps me occupied so I’m not overthinking things that are bothering me! :) if you like music it’s a good way to distract yourself

      Always think positively about anything that your mind thinks about. Keep a positive attitude and have a positive mindset. I've been going through this as well right now too. Take a walk or do something that is calm and relaxing
