Hugs, I have had rough days too, and they seem endless. You are not alonebut to answer your question one thing I do is a brain dump. I just write everything down and look at it. Sometimes I write the things I can control and the things I can't. Listening to music is also another bug thing I do to get through a rough day. I find songs that express the emotion I am feeling, that is if I can identify it.

Sometimes I just have to accept that I feel alone and let myself feel that way. Sometimes I have to talk to someone and ask to be reminded I'm not. Sometimes I distract myself with something I like to perk me up, and sometimes I look at other people even vaguely like me, because I'm a person, and so many people have this experience, and I know that, I just need proof. Personally, it depends on the day. But here's what I do.
