@fun_imaginary_name2 yes for me I can’t feel my bowels very well so I was ALWAYS constipated from birth I even had to go to the hospital multiple times to get a tube that gives you the laxative liquid to unblock me because it has always been so bad even after I completely stopped pain medications. The ONLY thing that has worked for me is a bidet because most days my body has to go but won’t actually let me so I started a routine where I sit & attempt to go but at a certain timeframe if I haven’t gone I’ll use the bidet(very very low setting at first especially since I absolutely hated the very idea of using one especially to pretty much give me a mini enema every time) and yes some days it’s so bad that even that doesn’t work but 90% of days I am able to successfully go 1-3 times at most and at a scheduled time for the most part. I find that as I used it I was also able to wing myself off of it for bowl movements without it and I don’t get SEVERE migraines when I gotta go now too because I just use the bidet to encourage the initial movements(sorry for the tmi but I thought if u haven’t tried it might be worth it)

I have bladder issues but I've never gotten my ovaries looked at. But I did have really painful periods until I started birth control a few months back

Not bladder problems as such but I'm constipated 24/7 (excuse me)
