Struggling with Body Odor and Isolation

I also made my current and past boyfriends of my conditions fairly early in the relationship to make sure they are aware and ok with being compassionate and understanding, so far no one has ever complained lol but unfortunately for me bladder and urinary tracts are just dysfunctional in my whole maternal side of my family😞

I’m almost 50 and have had 3 live births an one mid term miscarriage and a hysterectomy with a bladder sling placed that didn’t help much for long, and I’ve got pretty bad when I sneeze cough laugh strain in any way even during sex I leak urine and it is also strong odor but I try to always keep pads with me, wash wipes help when TP or bidet are not accessible or available, not that tp helps but found that if drinking a lot of water although it makes you have to go more it dilutes the odor a bit more, sorry for your struggles!
