This has always happened to me, I never felt or feel the need to use the restroom, so I have to force myself to go when I remember. It also happens with food, I don’t realize I’m hungry and have to force myself to eat at least once a day usually two though. It’s nice to know that people understand☺️💕

i have had an issue with this since i was a baby and i never understood why i would get UTIs and have to take medicine until recently when i found out that it was an actual thing people go through, i have started using a reminder system on my phone to go to the bathroom every 4 hours so that im not racing to the bathroom 3 times a day

Yes! Sometimes it’s hard to listen to my body. I sometimes find myself waiting until I have to go urgently before I go.
