According to what I have seen and researched, high protein is a must because you don't want that insulin resistance. And PCOS friendly exercise regime, there are Youtube channels that teach PCOS sufferers (?) the exercises work best for our condition. HIIT and cardio don't help much with the weight loss tbh, I spent 2 months doing those and didn't lose much weight and felt more pain. I found that swimming is really good for PCOS, zumba if you like dancing, and light yoga exercises, which I find helpful when I feel low on energy. And also, be kind to yourself on days that it is too shitty and you don't want to do anything.

Slowly. By CICO I should be losing 6 lbs a week, but I lose maybe 2. Walking and bungee fit (low impact) helped me. There are apps that do virtual walking challenges (I used Pacer). You choose a place and it shows you where you'd be (eg in Paris, at Eiffel Tower). It really motivated me - you get a medal as well. You can take as long as you like. First time I did 3 miles a day, reduced it to 1 this time. I like dance workouts as well, particularly because you warm up and cool down properly. I have long covid so very low energy, but do what I can.

Some time intermittent fasting helps, but it's also difficult to do so recommend doing small steps of it at a time

It’s hard but best thing to workout at the gym. My doctor gives me metformin that help me loose weight too. If you don’t like working out try playing games like just dance. Go swimming or take some classes that you can move like dancing.
