I just discovered this about myself and it's really hard to get through and to realize when an episode is coming on. How do you guys deal with it?

      I would try maybe listening to music, reading a book, playing video games to try and take your mind off of it I find that music helps quite a bit, this does seem like a very hard thing to get through but you can do it! I usually know when an episodes happening because things around me started to become bigger or smaller and I have no controll over it then i black out (my vison goes completely black) and I feel as though im zoned out like I don't know it happening until I don't see black then my vision is even more distorted and I usually go to the bathroom to calm myself
