Music works really well. When it's effecting my sleep I put on headphones with white noise or binaural music to drown it out. Reading is also a big help, and so it writing fiction. I don't do much Journaling but if you enjoy it then any form of writing can be helpful.

Music helps me a lot. I got a decent pair of headphones to wear out around town when I go shopping so I am not overstimulated. I also spend a lot of time under my electric blanket because it's calming.

I draw the things I see and try to draw the things I hear and it helps to put them on paper because I can make them real but in my own way that I can manipulate and do whatever I want to. I don’t let it control me I use things I enjoy to control them

Its difficult but I write poetry, draw, and listen to music a lot. I mostly just try to block out what I can.

Music works well. I also journal, draw and downhill ski. Calms me and stops the voices.
