tw suicidal thoughts

so today I really wanted to die and I got a big bottle of pills out but my partner grabbed them away and hid them from me and now I am searching the house. really frustrated with them but know they did it out of love. I just feel really upset and like I just want it over. they also took the knives so I'm kinda left with nothing. just trying to figure out how to make the best of this situation. they are in the other room watching a show and I am just laying here trying to find other ways to die.

    Hey sweetie I have BPD too I know all abt this my ex bfs family had to do the same and yes I was mad with them but when I calmed down it made sense baby I’m gonna tell you it’s not all fun and games but you’re a fighter I know for sure don’t let this stop u in life baby there’s so much more in store with your life don’t every give up keep fighting you’re gonna make it baby

    Hey! Sorry I didn’t see this earlier. I want you to know that you matter and are not alone. Feel fee to dm me if you need some support. I’m here for you. I know that things might feel hopeless or overwhelming or you might feel worthless, which is really hard. Please know that things get better and it’s worth it to hang on. I’ve been in a similar place before and I’m really glad that I’m here. I can say from the other end of things that it does get better. I still have bad days, but I actually feel like I’m living again and like my quality of life is worth living for. Some things that helped me in my worst moments: Distractions like TV, going for a walk, reading a book, talking to a friend, etc. Sensory distractions like holding an ice cube, taking a hot bath, listening to music, focusing on a particular sensation/feeling, focusing on certain colors, etc. Thinking of bucket list items like places you want to go, goals you have, things you want to do or accomplish, unfinished things, etc. Anything that you would regret not doing. Also please know that you have people that care about you. It sounds like your partner does care about your life. And obviously we don’t know each other, but I do care and so do the people that already replied. Also please reach out for support when you need it. Calling/texting 988 is a really great option. I know there has been a lot of post going around on social media, but I am familiar with their policies and they are reasonable. Definitely a great way to get support. You got this. Hang on and things will get better. I know it may not feel possible right now, but it does get better. I believe in you and you can do this. Please let us know that you are okay because we care.       thank you for all those options. I just feel so tired and don't even know how to use coping skills anymore. everytime I call 988 the threaten to call the cops on me basically. I don't want to go back to the hospital. thank you for caring. I really appreciate you and the hope you give.
