Hi I’m new here and was curious if any vitamins/supplements they take or experienced helped with anxiety? I take fish oil with D3 added and Co-Q10 for heart related, tremors and migraines. I haven’t found something with mental feelings of nervousness that triggers the other stuff. I also take CBD but that is recreational since I smoke and vape it but only do that occasionally since it’s expensive and only fast acting treatment. Acupuncture I do for pain like back pain, sciatica or kidney support.
