Hi! I'm new too. Iv suffered with anxiety for a long time and it gets hard sometimes. The way I use the most to calm my anxiety is music. It can take you out of your head and let you focus on something else.

I’ve learned a lot of my anxiety has come from a deficiency in vitamin’s. Do you by chance take them? I started a vitamin regiment and the difference in the anxiety I use to have and the anxiety I have now is night and day. I’d recommend L-Theanine. Has done wonders for my anxiety and stress levels.

I’ve been taking vitamin D & fish oil. I took valerian root for a little while & it seemed to help but I haven’t been able to find it anywhere. I was thinking of starting a multivitamin & see if that helps any, definitely will look into the L-Theanine too!

i also noticed a significant improvement on my anxiety with Vitamins too. I take B complex, Fish oil, Vitmain D, and a Multivitamin

Hello and welcome to the community I'm so glad you are here! Something that has helped my anxiety is literally dancing it out or just taking a 15 minute nap or Coloring or sensory items.

I love coloring, my boyfriend has gotten me a ton of coloring books. I gotta get back into it, but I enjoyed it. I haven’t tried sensory items, is there any in particular that you tend to gravitate to?
