Does anyone deal with this? Day 1-extreme anxiety and depression Day 2- irritability and snarkiness Day 3- angry at the world and myself Day 4- numb This isn’t always the case but it happens frequently.

      Definitely happens to me. I usually try to really focus on self care and journaling at times like this. I work things out better when I’m able to write it down and map it out. So day one is anxiety and depression, I’ll journal out something like: I’m anxious, when did I notice it? What happened right before? Is there anything I’m overly anxious about or am is general? Asking myself root questions like that and then actually mapping the journey of my thoughts and feelings on paper tends to help me a lot.
