I don't know if this has something to do with my depression, but all of a sudden I'm having these random bursts of anger and rage. Im getting into more and more fights (not physical ones) and when people respond with "Okay jeez" it makes my anger 10 times worse and causes me to flip out. I don't know what to do.

This is pent up frustration from all of that depression and loss of feeling of control. I get this too

I have that exact same thing, I explained to my pychatrist that if I wake up and my anxiety is already above baseline I'm already on edge and my heart feels like I can't calm down so I get irritated very quickly but if I wake up and I'm at my base line I'm not as quick to anger. So I'm trying to figure out how to start my days off not so anxious
