Is there any way I can cope with my mental health issues better? I am struggling with trying to figure out what I can do to help me cope better.

    Never underestimate the power of therapy. If you can’t afford it, there’s often programs through employers/schools that will offer some sort of counseling. If you’re looking for something on demand, I’d recommend meditation. I use Headspace and it has lots of short (like 3 minutes) meditations to help you bounce back from whatever situation you’re in. I pay for a student membership and have access to everything, but there’s still a fair amount of free access things too
