Does anyone feel like they want to put a fork in there toaster? Here’s why I say that. I have been struggling with mental health for a long while and I am just done and I no longer know what to do. My doctors aren’t listening to me and just keep prescribing me stuff. I don’t know what to do.

There is A LOT that can be done. It really depends on you and your situation and your environment and your access to care. With mental health issues it is important to maintain good sleep hygiene. Then you gotta make sure you're exercising and getting sunshine and vitamin D and then making sure you're eating healthy and staying properly hydrated so all your organs are operating at optimal levels. It is important to have a safe, clean, peaceful environment where you don't have anyone harming you in any way or any toxic/noxious stimuli/influence. Then there's always psychotherapy as opposed to pharmacological based "cures." I know with my PTSD, Depression and Anxiety and neurodivergence, I don't want to keep going and keep fighting but I seem to be too stubborn to give up completely and I've been battling all my crap and our society's crap and our medical system's crap for at least 30 years now. Hang in there. It gets better one way or another.

Hello Blueberry! Sorry that you feel that way. I also struggle with depression and for me the most important thing is to talk about my feelings, like you just did here. In those days when you just want to disappear it's best to do the exact opposite- call a friend, meet up with family and maybe consider finding a doctor who will actually listen to you, perhaps a psychologist.
I can relate so much and I'm so sorry. It's really hard
I am just trying to get through the day today
I’m sorry you are struggling right now, I know the feeling. Advocate for yourself if you don’t want to take medicine. It helped me to find something that makes me feel better. For me it’s my dog and he knows when I feel that way. A hot shower can help as well, for me its like a reset and I can try again . Another thing that may help is to go to a counselor. Sometimes this helps because they are unbiased and can offer some really good advice. It’s definitely easier to listen to advice from a counselor than a family member. Don’t be afraid to take a mental health day if you need it. Best wishes!
