so I've had a great day like, like a really great day. my sister and I are good, my parents and I are good, everything is good. but for some reason my anxiety is off the charts. I can't seem to find out what is causing this feeling, but I can't eat and all I wanna do it cry. I usually talk to my mom about my anxiety but because I don't have a reason I'm afraid to ruin a good day. I just wanted to say it and take any advice on what is going on with me.

You should bring it up to your parents even if there’s no reason that your anxiety is flaring up. At least that way they can still be there to help you. I know it helps me when i tell my mom about my anxiety ❤️

Ok so seeing you write out "my sister and I are good, my parents and I are good," makes me think that it's not always like that and sometimes when we grow up in chaos that's all we ever come to expect. So when things are going well, almost too well, it feels like at any moment it's all going to crumble or someone is going to jump out and say "gotcha! Fooled you!!". We almost self-sabotage bevuase were not used to things going well.

no pms. My mind is always racing the only time I can ever focus is when I'm playing, listening to, or talking about music. But as soon as I stop I'm racing again. Thank you for taking the time to answer

@jellybean39 Get the book “Dare” to end anxiety and panic, on amazon. I got it in audio. Take a walk while you listen. By chapter 5 it all makes sense. You feel more empowered against these anxious feelings.

Are you Pms? If so that can definitely be the culprit. How are your thoughts? Is your mind racing? You may be acting on obsessive thoughts and not realizing it. Breath…..deep breaths. Anxiety has no rules. You have to accept it as part of your makeup. Welcome it do not fear it.
