Feeling Anxious and Stressed Out Today

i'm having a bad day mentally 😞 i'm really anxious and stressed out about a ton of things and i feel like i'm gonna have an anxiety attack. i used to have them all the time, usually multiple times a day, but haven't had any since i started duloxetine so now i'm worried about that too ☚ī¸ i know that medication doesn't actually erase your mental illness. but i'm just terrified of going back to how i was and it makes me paranoid

I highly recommend getting a book called dare from amazon by a guy called Barry. Its the one and only book that has helped anxiety and panic. Remember there will be better days. Hope is what keeps us going. You will get through this.

Keep busy on productive things and things you love to do. Get a small protect done around the house, sketch, create something, fix something, ect. I found that distracting my mind during those times of anxiety really helps. For me, it's detail work like drawing or i really distract my mind with a chill video game. (Skyrim) I hope this kinda helps, pal! Ps. Remember... you are stronger than you think in those moments! đŸ’ĒđŸŧ

Your mind is a powerful weapon in combatting anxiety! Start with taking a time out, quiet place, low lighting! Get comfortable , close your eyes, slow your breathing, picture your favorite place to be! Concentrate on positive to attract positive! This is helpful in avoiding panic attacks: use your mind to calm your heart.
