What do you do when you wake up with a panic attack in the middle of the night? It’s been every single night. I wake up shaking with sweats and shaking like something serious is about to happen. I take Klonopin every night but I don’t want to rely on them.

This has happened to me in the middle of the night but more so in the morning when I'm first waking up. I like running cold water over my fingers/ hands. I'm not sure what it is about it but it calms and cools me down.
