Health Anxiety and Neglecting Self Care

okay so I don't know what is going on with me 🤦‍♀️ I feel like I've been neglecting my self care and my health in general beacuse I've been working so much. my health anxiety has been at 1000 ALOTT latley. like right now my stomach is sore like I don't know if it's from working , I wasn't able to use the bathroom for a couple days , I've been bloated and really gassy ( sorry tmi) but now when I press on my stomach or when I walk my stomach feels bruised almost ? like a internal bruise ? and I'm scared I'm internally bleeding or one of my organs's failing!!! and im also getting over some WEIRD " virus " I've had for the past few days and I've been taking augmentin for it I believe it's called ? but whatever it is it caused my left tonsil to swell pretty large with white spots all over it a fever pain in my ear and lymph node... but it did/ does NOT work to swallow ....3 strep test 2 covid and 2 flu tests all negative.... I felt sick like with a cold for ONE day. they thought it was a abscess in my lymph node they did a CT scan with contrast all negative. how my ONE tonsil all the white is almost gone it's still alittle painful here and there still a slight fever. but I am still terrified I have the C word... or I have a infection and im going to get septic and die. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ WHY DOES MY BRAIN DO THIS TO ME?! am I crazy ?!
