Dealing with Health Anxiety: My Constant Anxiety Fest

I've been going through a lot of health anxiety lately. It went from having strep throat to thinking I had throat cancer. A hemorrhoid to thinking I had colon cancer. A UTI to thinking I have bladder cancer. I've been to the doctors (Urgent cares, ER, specialist and primary) 12 times in the past 3 months. I've pretty much been cleared. However since I haven't had procedures like an endoscopy, colonoscopy and other invasive test (because my doctor's don't think it's necessary at the moment). I don't accept that im healthy. Or at least that I don't have some deadly disease. I feel any little ache in my body and immediately start googling. My life for the past 3 months has been a consistent anxiety fest. I was prescribed a beta blocker for my anxiety and I only take it when I feel like I'm going to have a panic attack. I don't want to continue living like this. It's like I can't enjoy life because I'm constantly worried about my health. Idk why I felt the need to write this post. Maybe to find someone that can relate. Any advice would be appreciated too. ❤️
