What else can I ask to be prescribed to me for my Chari Malformation I don't like my muscle relaxers has me drowsy and I think is the reason I have acid reflux right now?
If you are having migraines because of your Chiari Malformation, Elavil (amitriptalyne) has been giving me a lot of relief. If you can’t get a new prescription, there are also some really excellent spinal alignment/decompression stretches that have given me relief. You can look some up online. I personally really like the Halloween cat/cow stretch, which is easily searchable
