Fibromyalgia Pain: A Vague Moan

not really a discussion I suppose but more a vague moan I'm so sick of all the spasms I get from fibromyalgia in my shoulders it always hurts my neck and face along with it 😩 like ouch my jaw please let me chew makes it so hard to sleep arg 😣

      Don't be afraid to let it out. Mine caused me to be an insomniac. I have to take a strong pill just to sleep. I would be willing to bet that your flare-ups worsen your migraines as well. We all need to vent sometimes. Sending hugs and good thoughts.

      Flexeril helps the spasms from fibro it relaxes your muscles as well.

        @faerywyrm they do make me get migraines so badly and getting them a lot ATM I can't take heavy meds though as they knock me clean out asleep the asleep part is good until I miss one of my young girls needing me 😩 mum of 3 and all sleep badly 2 are neurodivergent so I have to be able to help soothe any time they need and be able to wake up whenever needed I used to be on meds for the migraines though was out of it for the small portion of the day I managed to me awake 🤣
