I find listening to music and certain types of reality checking useful along with my meds
I listen to a lot of meditation music it seems to help me a lot came to help keep me grounded most of the time and of course taking my medicine even though I don't want to

With stress I try to distract myself with a movie or TV show. Something that interests me to watch and forget about me. Otherwise ill play fun app games or watch YouTube or play games. Like Fortnite or galaga or pacman.

I have hallucinations due to trauma, and as basic as it sounds, reminding yourself that the hallucinations aren't real actually helps more than you think. They are not going to get you they cannot physically injure you they are just a part of the brain misfiring.

@Gingeralamode I find taking pictures or using my camera to look at where the hallucinations are helps too as it doesn't show up ofter through a lens
Here for the responces 😵💫 my therapy team are really unhelpful when it comes to my hallucinations

I tend to smoke a lot of weed. If that doesnt help, I have unhealthy coping skills.
