Hot tub, changing positions regularly (standing, sitting, laying down,) light yoga, laughing (comedy specials or old tv shows) These aren’t fix-all type things, but they help a little bit.

Resting and taking breaks. Gentle exercise, I find tai chi and yoga particularly helpful, I'm careful to adjust things to avoid injury. I use a foam roller, foam peanut and back pod every evening before bed to help release any tensions. I always take a hot water bottle to bed, even in summer unless it's unbearably hot, it really helps with any pains. Relaxing hobbies such as colouring, paper craft, or even just doing some word puzzles, I find they're all a bit like practicing mindfulness and are a really good distraction.
Take rest days, use a hot water bottle, a hot bath, stretches/yoga and light massages when you can 💕
I sometimes take a little nap with a hot water bottle and that helps or curaheat
