Hi! I'm Bree. What things have really helped with lower back pain besides icy hot and the chiropractor?

Planks, squat holds, leg lifts, bar hangs, and other exercises help mine

Yoga has helped me a lot but I don’t always have the motivation to do it. I bought a shiatsu massager from Amazon that works great

Sounds dumb, but breathing exercises help me, sometimes.

Acupuncture, yoga, and muscle relaxants I find helpful.

Icy hot irritates my pain more than relieves it. I use wrap around disposable heating pads. Also rehab and acupuncture. And a good mattress.

The only thing that helps me is muscle relaxants. Lidocaine patches and marijuana help with just surface level pain/ irritation

Mine usually loosens up with a hot bath. After a little bit the symphony of cracks you get is amazing
