I've had a few really bad days mentally and physically recently, and feel like I'm letting the people around me down because of it. I broke almost two months of being clean, have been struggling with training my service dog, unable to help the people that come to me and trust with their issues, and just feel like a general burden. I'm not really looking for an answer - just needed to get it off my chest.
